The product chosen is and the rates are outlined in the document titled Electricity Facts Label. It is understood that this is a Pre-Paid product with a months term and an early termination fee of applies. It is understood that a copy of the Terms of Service shall be delivered via email, but a copy by US mail is available upon request. It is understood that a bill shall not be received at the end of each month and a Summary of Usage and Payment (SUP) can be requested. It is understood that the continuation of electric service depends upon prepaying for service on a timely basis and if the balance falls below $0, then service may be disconnected with little notice. It is understood that some electric assistance agencies may not provide assistance to customers that use prepaid service. It is agreed that JP Energy Resources LLC DBA Ampra Energy is authorized to perform any and all necessary tasks to complete a move in order and establish new electric service. I understand that If I am switching providers, I have 3 federal business days after receiving the written Terms of Service link to cancel this service.
